If your child is or will be a resident of the Pittsville School District you will need to download the enrollment form along with the other relevant forms in the 'Needed Forms' section below, print them out on your printer, fill them in, then return them to the school office for which your child will be attending: the High School office (grades 9-12) or the Elementary School office (grades pre-k - 8). These forms can also be obtained in person at any of the district offices; please see address information below.
